Our Buildings

Meet the Team

It was clear to us that there was a strong demand for covered and uncovered vehicle storage in the Villages area. While there are many small lots with no amenities, our goal with Safe Harbor RV & Boat Storage is to provide a first-class facility and service for The Villages residents at a reasonable price.

Our facility was two years in planning and execution. We acquired 30 acres of land and have developed the first 10 acres with that need in mind. The additional acreage will be developed as the need arises.

We recognize that safety and security are primary concerns and have striven to make those features paramount.

The three owners of Safe Harbor RV & Boat Storage are local people, raised in central Florida. The owners appreciate the beauty of our area and have struggled to maintain and enhance the natural beauty of our facility. Landscaping and eye appeal are important to us. We hope you will agree that we have developed a beautiful site.

One of our owners is H.E. "Ed" Davis, a retired banker from Lake County, Florida and Orlando. John Adams is a landscape architect from Ocala, Florida. Richard "Dick" Adams, the third owner, is a retired attorney from Ocala and Orlando.

Our manager, Dan Simpson, hails from Indianapolis and has four years experience in the storage business. He has worked in customer service his entire working life. He and his wife reside in the Safe Harbor RV & Boat Storage facility full time.
